OUR VISION

We are a people called by God to be agents of reconciliation for the Lord Jesus Christ. We do this by reclaiming the lost, rekindling our worship, revitalizing our communities, and renewing and restoring relationships

RECLAIM THE LOST

Luke 15:4 tells us, “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it?  We are called to restore those who have been lost to the world as a result of life, trials, or anything that could pull us from a relationship with God and others.  Luke 15:7 lets us know that there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.

REKINDLE OUR WORSHIP

What is the whole duty of Man?   To glorify God and enjoy His presence forever!  Restored Life Bible Church has been called to help raise a community of worshippers whose corporate expression glorifies God and invokes His presence into their lives.

REVITALIZING OUR COMMUNITIES

Genesis 28:3 tells us that we are blessed by God Almighty to be fruitful and productive so that we become a community of people.  However, in order to fulfill God’s purpose in this body of believers, we must be trained to restore others.  Ephesians 4:11-12 advises that God has given us gifts that are “For the equipping of saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Christ.”  Restored Life Bible Church emphasizes the training of leaders who are equipped to minister restoration to the Body of Christ.  Knowing and doing this begins with the lifestyle you lead and your commitment to purposely walk with Him.

RENEWING AND RESTORING RELATIONSHIPS

Restored Life Bible Church seeks to strengthen the basic unit of the church through healthy and wholesome family relationships; to help in building and restore families that exemplify Christ in the earth.

What We Believe...

THE SCRIPTURE

 (2 Timothy 3:16; 1 Thessalonians 2:13)

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God (God-Breathed).

(2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21; Hebrews 1:1-2; Joshua 1:8; John 15:7)

·        The Word is Trustworthy (Psalms 119:86; Matthew 5:17-18; Isaiah 40:8; I Peter 1:23-25; Matthew 24:35)

·        The Word is God’s Power (John 1:1; Hebrews 11:3; Romans 1:16; Hebrews 4:12)

·        Our responsibility to the Word (James 1:22; Joshua 1:8; Ps. 119:11; 2 Timothy 2:15; Revelations 1:3)

THE FALL OF MAN

Man is a created being, made in the likeness and image of God, but through Adam’s transgression and fall, sin came into the world. (Genesis 1:27; Romans 5:14; Romans: 3:23)

SALVATION

Salvation - Even in our sin, God loved us and sent Jesus to die for us.  If we confess Christ openly and believe that Christ died for our sins and was raised from the dead, we can be saved.

(Romans 5:12; Romans 10:9-13)

THE TRINITY

The Trinity - There is only one God--eternally in three persons:  The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit

(Genesis 1.26; John 10:30; 1 John 5:7; John 1:1; John 16:28)

CHURCH ORDINANCES

Communion:

The Lord’s supper was recorded in the gospel and practiced in the New Testament church.  Matthew 26:26-28,

Mark 14:22-25; 1 Corinthians 11:24-26

Marriage:

A Holy institution established by God.  Genesis 2:21-25, 6:22-23; Hebrews 13:4

Water Baptism:

The outward sign of an inward change baptism is an act of obedience. Romans 6:3-5; Matthew 28:19

THE TITHE

The Tithe - “The title is Holy and belongs to God.”

(Malachi 3:8-11; Leviticus 27:30)
